Proposal Management
We believe that Proposal Management is largely about managing typically scarce resources to achieve an objective, and ultimately to get the proposal submitted on time. While there are different ways to achieve this, the bottom line is about having a process in place that ensures proposal team success. We understand that proposal management must make assignments, empower decision makers, assign roles and responsibilities, and provide available resources in order to create a winning team.
As a result, Gemmer Consulting has a successful track record of creating superior proposals for the Intelligence Community, DOD, DHS, and DOE. We have experience managing proposal efforts from initial concept to submission for large stand alone contracts, IDIQ and BPA contracts and subsequent Task Orders, and responses to sources sought and Requests for Information (RFI’s).
